1. Hydraulic Cold Drawn Steel Pipe
Hydraulic cold drawn high precision steel tubes are widely used to manufacture hydraulic cylinder barrels, while hydraulic cold drawing bench is the core equipment used to produce this kind of tubes. We have 1 set of 300 tons hydraulic cold drawing bench and full sets modules that can be used to produce tubes with OD of 325 mm max, ID of 300 mm max, W.T of 36 mm max, and length of 13.8 meters max.
Skiving & roller burnishing machine is specially used for high precision treatment of tube surface. Our skiving & roller burnishing machine is of US version and its skiving knife is fixed hence ensure straightness of tubes. The higher hardness and better roughness of internal surface after skiving&roller burnishing can improve the using life of tubes.This SRB steel tube machine is input to provide better service for end customers. Mainly used in Hydraulic Cylinder Barrels.


3. Polished Surface Steel Pipe
The polishing machine is mainly used for external surface polishing of tubes. To satisfy the end customers’ strict requirement about external surface,we do polishing to tubes and ensure the perfect external surface.Polishing not only brings better quality tubes but also
save the cost of our customers.
